Plain-language summary

TradeFloWins is an educational market-study app. Your lists, sealed theses, Watching status, and study history are stored on your device by default. We do not run a trading account, broker integration, or ad-tracking network. In Release / TestFlight builds we may receive crash and diagnostic data (via Firebase Crashlytics) to keep the app stable. That diagnostic data is not linked to your identity for advertising and is not your study journal.

1. Who we are

TradeFloWins is provided by TradeFloWins LLC, Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Questions: tf-wins@tradeflowins.trade.

2. Educational purpose

The App provides market-structure study tools and personal documentation only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and it is not a broker or execution platform. A house read, a structure-agreement grade, a Watching status, or a Financial Data row is a study of what already happened. It does not predict future results.

3. Information we process

3.1 Data that stays on your device

Unless you export, share, or send it yourself, the following is stored locally on your device (e.g. SwiftData / app storage and preferences):

• My List symbols and related display fields
• Notes you type on a name (including any portfolio notes you choose to enter)
• Sealed theses, templates, criteria, and claim-history records
• House Profile / Boundary / Dynamics reads, structure-agreement grades, and journal entries
• App preferences (horizon, UI settings, feature gates)
• Optional source keys you paste for third-party market-data providers (device secure storage / Keychain as implemented)

We do not operate a TradeFloWins cloud account that syncs your journal to our servers.

3.2 Data you choose to send us

If you email support, we receive what you include (email address, device details, screenshots, bug description). Do not send secrets or unnecessary financial account details.

3.3 Crash and performance diagnostics (Release / TestFlight)

In Release and TestFlight builds, the App may use Firebase Crashlytics (Google) for:

• Collection is disabled in DEBUG developer builds.
• Reports are not designed to include your thesis text as product features.
• dSYM files may be uploaded during our build process for symbolication.
• See Google’s Firebase/Crashlytics privacy terms for their processing.

3.4 Market data from third parties

Prices, bars, and (on Premium) one Financial Data row may be requested from providers you configure or enable (e.g. free Yahoo chart endpoints, or a key you paste for another vendor). Those providers process requests under their own policies. Saving a source key does not turn Premium on.

3.5 Purchases (Apple)

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We receive entitlement status as needed to unlock features. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

3.6 Notifications

If enabled, Apple’s push infrastructure and your device settings apply. Disable in iOS Settings.

3.7 This website (tradeflowins.trade)

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the referring page) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse and automated traffic; for that protection Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not set cookies, and we see only aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites, browser types, and countries. The website has no forms, accounts, or advertising, and it does not connect to the App or your on-device data. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

3.8 What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not use the App for cross-app tracking for advertising.
• We do not collect precise location for core features.
• We do not require a TradeFloWins account for journal storage.
• We do not provide brokerage custody or automatic broker pulls in the current design.

4. How we use information

• Provide the App (local journal, preferences, on-device study using market data you fetch)
• Stability (Crashlytics in Release/TestFlight)
• Website delivery, security, and aggregate visit counts (Cloudflare)
• Support (respond to emails you send)
• Purchases (honor entitlement via Apple)
• Legal compliance and safety

5. Sharing

We share only as needed with: Apple; Google (Crashlytics); market-data providers you use; Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics); authorities when required by law; successors in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

6. Retention

• On-device data: until you delete it, remove the App, or erase the device.
• Support emails: as needed to resolve requests and reasonable records.
• Crash diagnostics: per Firebase defaults and operational needs.
• Website visit data: per Cloudflare’s retention; we keep only aggregate counts.

7. Your choices

• Delete local data via in-app controls where available, or delete the App.
• Export features create files you control.
• Remove source keys in Settings.
• Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to a local-first app. No electronic storage is 100% secure. Protect your device.

9. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children via the product.

10. International users

Diagnostic and support data may be processed in the United States or other locations where our processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those processors (see their documentation).

10A. California, Virginia, and EEA/UK residents

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you email us, you may ask us to access or delete the support correspondence we hold. We do not operate a cloud journal, so most study records exist only on your device — delete the App or use in-app delete to remove them. EEA/UK users: Crashlytics, support email, and website request data (via Cloudflare) are the only personal data we typically process; the legal bases we rely on are performing the App you requested and legitimate interests in stability, security, and support. This paragraph is an educational summary, not a formal GDPR Article 13 notice.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The dates at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
